Absence Form

Please complete this form to notify Ms. Lovelace of any students (on cast or crew) who will not be able to attend rehearsal. This form is NOT for things that were already pre-listed on each student's sign-up form, only events not listed.

 

Please note that any absences not listed on a student's audition form (except for extenuating circumstances) will count toward their 1 of 3 unexcused absences. Once a student receives 3 unexcused absences, they will automatically forfeit their role in the show.
